Welcome to Noida Boys PG, established in 2015 with a vision to provide safe, comfortable, and affordable accommodation for students and young professionals in Noida.
Our mission is to create a home-like environment where residents can focus on their studies and careers while enjoying a supportive community. We believe in fostering a positive atmosphere that promotes personal growth and lasting friendships.

House Rules
To ensure a comfortable and harmonious living environment for all residents, we have established the following guidelines:
Curfew Timings
Residents should return by 11:00 PM on weekdays and 12:00 AM on weekends. Exceptions can be made with prior notice.
Guest Policy
Day guests are allowed in common areas till 9:00 PM. Overnight guests require prior approval with additional charges.
Noise Control
Maintain low volume after 10:00 PM to respect others' study and sleep time.
No Smoking/Alcohol
Strictly no smoking or consumption of alcohol within the premises.
Cleanliness
Keep your room and common areas clean. Monthly cleaning schedule will be provided.
Payment Policy
Rent must be paid by the 5th of every month. Late payment may incur charges.
